The Audley Square Redevelopment is a tight, highly sensitive site requiring careful and well-developed construction management techniques and expertise. The Mace team has been carefully selected based on experience on similar projects where adhering to the highest standards of site management, as set out in our Best Practicable Means (BPM) strategy, is paramount. All reasonable and practicable steps will be taken to minimise noise and vibration, dust and artificial light emitting activities.
We also take operatives conduct very seriously and routinely reinforce the importance of considerate behaviour towards neighbours and members of the public generally. The site is registered to the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) and more information can be found here https://www.ccscheme.org.uk/.
We hold regular Community Liaison Group (CLG) meetings where, amongst other matters, you can learn more about BPM and site management generally, and you are encouraged to attend whenever possible.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Communications Lead, Peter Walsh, if you have any comments or questions about the construction works at the Audley Square site. You can reach our Communications Lead via peter.walsh@macegroup.com
